[20 Dec 2009|07:07am] flyonwall one upside to daylight savings time i never really noticed before.. going to bed at 7:00am doesn't feel so bad when it's still pitch black outside.. went out tonight for the first time in a month.. it was fun.. someone i hoped would be there wasn't so i'll have to suck it up, get over my distaste/apprehension for phones and call her this week.. no real plans yet for new years eve.. i imagine it'll be the old fallback of wreck'd room.. which is good/bad.. good because it'll be a bunch of friends etc./ bad because it'll be the same old, same old post comment

Songwriting focus [14 Dec 2009|10:26am] hermdelica For Hyperstimulus, I started a new habit of working on several songs at once. While I feel that experiment was a success, in retrospect I can tell that some of the songs lack a little focus. So for the next work, I'm striking a better balance between switching songs when I'm not inspired and sticking with a song when it needs attention to really bring it out. post comment
